Sales Consultant

What You’ll Do/Responsibilities

• Researching and prospecting leads on LinkedIn and trough other channels

• Conduct cold calls on daily basis, minimum the first 6 months

• Perform a sales pitch presenting company’s services

• Use CRM put notes and track potential client’s development

• Follow up frequently on leads via phone, e-mail and text

• Building long term relationships with clients and key account management

• Very promptly answering to marketing inquires

• Working closely with the management team to plan marketing strategies

• Interacting with clients and identifying their objectives and goals, in order to gather specific and relevant information to brief the technology team

• Collaborate and coordinate with the technology team on attending video meetings with potential clients

Required Qualifications

• Fluent English language

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent problem solving skills

• High energy/high sense of urgency/fast-paced and can think on your feet

• Ability to be a great listener, asking the right questions and understanding customer’s needs and pain points

• Effective computer skill in order to update and maintain flow of information throughout our CRM

• Ability to negotiate with clients and close deals effectively

• Ability to create relationships and bond with clients

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

•Proven sales experience in the technology sector

•Full professional efficiency in German language

•American or British English accent

•Advanced LinkedIn research skills

•1-2 Year experience in a fast-paced office environment of customer sales over the phone

Payment Structure

There is a fixed salary plus a commission structure. The fixed salary will depend on various factors such as relevant experience, skill level, etc. The commission will be structured as a percentage compensation from each closed deal, paid monthly.
