• Support the project acquisition by working closely with our sales team, attend customer requirements workshops and participate on the onboarding process
• Design and drive front-end infrastructure
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks
• Participate in design and code reviews
• Build efficient and reusable front-end abstractions and systems
• Optimize for performance across a variant of technologies
• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
• It will be required from you to communicate on a daily basis about your status, come up with creative solutions to problems and be flexible. Supporting the team when your help is needed and to be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and a passion to succeed
• Experience with one or more programing languages: ReactJS, Angular, VueJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS etc.
• Experience in writing reusable and high-performance user interface components
• Experience in architectural design for complex front-end systems
• Experience in performance debugging and benchmarking
• Experience building web applications
• Experience with bootstrap, tailwind and/or other front-end CSS frameworks
• Ability to communicate with clients on a business level and translate their needs into a technical solution
• Relevant software certifications
• Full professional efficiency in German language
• Excellent communication skills
There is a fixed salary plus a performance-based bonus. The fixed salary will depend on various factors such as relevant experience, education, certifications, skill level, etc. The bonus will depend on the performance which will be measured by pre-set KPIs and objectives.
