• Support the project acquisition by working closely with our sales team, attend customer requirements workshops and participate on the onboarding process
• Design and develop scalable and high-performance backend systems and APIs
• Apply and improve service deployment and troubleshooting strategies that maximize uptime
• Maintain a suite of automated tests that validate the correctness of backend services
• Drive design and implementation of APIs and protocols that are consistent, formalized, and testable
• Author and review technical design documents and API specifications detailing software requirements
• Test driven development practices as well as CI/CD tools and its usage
• Integration with internal/external systems
• It will be required from you to communicate on a daily basis about your status, come up with creative solutions to problems and be flexible. Supporting the team when your help is needed and to be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and a passion to succeed
• Experience with one or more programing language: Java, Kotlin, Php, Go, etc.
• Experience building and delivering cloud-based services and applications in a CI/CD environment via containerization technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Experience with DevOps, CICD tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to not only code, but also define, document, debug and maintain Full stack applications
• Experience in automation testing frameworks like Junit, Mockito, Spring Test, Cypress etc.
• Good code writing discipline and an eye for code efficiency.
• Ability to communicate with clients on a business level and translate their needs into a technical solution
• Experience working in cloud service providers like IBM Cloud, AWS, Google, Azure
• Relevant software certifications
• Full professional efficiency in German language
• Excellent communication skills
There is a fixed salary plus a performance-based bonus. The fixed salary will depend on various factors such as relevant experience, education, certifications, skill level, etc. The bonus will depend on the performance which will be measured by pre-set KPIs and objectives.
